These Terms apply to purchases made through Nasteeshirts.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on this website. Your use of the site is also subject to the applicable provisions below.

Eligibility and Service Area

You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or legal guardian place the order. Nasteeshirts currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States and processes payments in U.S. dollars.

Products and Availability

Products are made to order. Styles, colors, sizes, prices, designs, and stock may change until checkout is completed. Product images are mockups and screen settings can affect color appearance. Review the product page and size chart before ordering.

Some products contain profanity, sexual references, political satire, dark humor, or other mature themes. Product names and descriptions are intended to describe the merchandise and do not constitute professional, medical, political, or legal advice.

Orders, Payment, and Acceptance

Payments are processed through Stripe. Available cards, digital wallets, or other payment methods depend on what Stripe presents for the checkout session and customer context.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refund an order before production for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, pricing or technical errors, prohibited content, or another reasonable operational or legal concern.

Prices, Taxes, Shipping Charges, and Promotions

The final checkout screen controls the amount charged, including merchandise, discounts, shipping, and applicable taxes. We may correct obvious pricing or technical errors before production and will notify or refund the customer when appropriate.

Coupons and promotions are subject to the conditions presented with the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, do not reduce taxes or shipping, have no cash value, and may be modified or ended before an order is completed.

Customer Responsibilities

• Review the size chart and confirm garment type, color, size, quantity, and delivery address.
• Provide accurate payment, contact, and shipping information.
• Contact support immediately if an order detail or address is wrong.
• Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, scraping, automated interference, security testing without permission, or disruption of checkout or other services.

Cancellations, Returns, Replacements, and Shipping

Contact support as soon as possible to request cancellation. Cancellation is possible only before the order enters production. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Refund, replacement, return, delivery, and shipping terms are described in the Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Third-Party Services

The storefront relies on third parties including Stripe, Printify and its print and logistics providers, Cloudflare, Microsoft, Klaviyo, and consented analytics or advertising platforms. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Nasteeshirts is not responsible for a third party's independent service, outage, security event, or policy, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive order, payment, shipping, refund, and support communications electronically at the contact information you provide. Marketing email is governed by your subscription choice and may be stopped through the unsubscribe link.

Intellectual Property

Site text, branding, product names, images, graphics, and designs are owned by Nasteeshirts or used with permission unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or create derivative commercial use of site content without permission. Copyright concerns may be sent through the Copyright Concerns process.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nasteeshirts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or an order. Any direct liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order, except where a different remedy is required by law.

Governing Law, Severability, and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dallas County, Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

We may update these Terms when the storefront, providers, business practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
